Abstract Purple and Teal Watercolor Macrame Wall Hanging
I had a lot of fun trying new ideas this spring and this beautiful abstract piece was no exception.
I based my color choices off the watercolor dyed cord so that each strand complimented each other.
I love the finished look and the simple yet dramatic design.
As with all my macrame, this was made with a locally sourced branch and hand dyed, 100% recycled cotton cord.
It measures approximately 36” from the top hanging point to the longest strand is 28” across. It can be hung straight as shown or at an angle to give it a different look.
