The center cut is some stunning pieces of Myrtle, the darker mountain to the left is made with Sapelle, the mountain to the right is made with Lacewood, which has a unique grain pattern. From left to right, the mountain peaks in the back are Morado (bolivian Rosewood), English Walnut, Poplar and Black Walnut. It has a handmade Black Walnut frame and we left the large knot in the. sky to represent the sun. This particular piece had an incredible piece of beetle kill pine plywood backing for the sky and it is one of the most exceptional skies we've ever done.
